七氟醚预先吸入对腹腔镜手术老年患者围气腹期NSE和S100β蛋白浓度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究对腹腔镜手术老年患者应用七氟醚预先吸入,探讨该方法对围气腹期血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S100β蛋白浓度的影响。方法将我院100例腹腔镜进行择期手术的老年患者分为两组,其中对照组患者不采用吸入麻醉,实验组采用2%七氟醚预先吸入,观察并比较两组患者围气腹期血清NSE和S100β蛋白浓度的变化情况。结果两组患者建立气腹的四个不同时间段里,在气腹建立后1h、气腹解除时和气腹解除后1h患者血清NSE和S100β蛋白浓度均明显高于气腹建立前,统计学上有意义(P<0.05);在不同时间段患者血清NSE和S100β蛋白浓度无明显差异,统计学无有意义(P>0.05)。对比观察,实验组患者手术后自主呼吸恢复时间、拔出气管导管时间、清醒时间均明显短于应用对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜手术老年患者应用2%七氟醚预先吸入,有助于患者术后清醒,但在改善脑损伤,降低永久性器质性损伤方面还有待于进一步研究。
