摘要
依据最大应力学说理论,分析了提高砂轮孔径处密度以增加砂轮强度的机理。在此基础上,对磨具成型压强、磨具烧后收缩、成型料与模具间的摩擦力等影响成型密度的因素进行研究,并结合生产实际得出结论。研究结果表明:(1)在一定的条件下,提高成型密度可以有效地提高砂轮的抗拉强度;(2)在布料角满足0<θ≤θ_0条件下,提高布料倾斜角θ可以有效地提高砂轮的抗拉强度。
According to the theory of maximum stress, the mechanism of ascending rotary strength derived from the increasing density of grinding wheel is analyzed. And the effects of following factors on the density of abrasives are discussed, such as the forming pressure, drying and sintering and the friction between the forming materials and the mould. Based on the practical production, it is shown that under certain conditions, the tensile strength of the grinding wheel can be improved by increasing the density of the grinding wheel, When the repose angle θ of the distribution process, meets to 0〈θ≤θ0, the tensile strength of the grinding wheel can be effectively improved.
