摘要
目的:观察黑茶对高脂血症大鼠血脂及主动脉炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6表达的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食喂养+Vit D3腹腔注射的方法制备高脂血症大鼠模型,通过检测大鼠血脂水平验证模型是否成功。将造模成功的大鼠先分层后随机分组,正常组和模型组给予等体积蒸馏水灌胃;黑茶低、中、高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组分别按其对应浓度灌胃4周,并继续高脂饲料喂养。采用半自动生化仪检测血脂水平,免疫组化的方法检测胸主动脉炎症因子表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,黑茶低、中、高剂量组大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。黑茶低、中、高剂量组3个不同剂量在本实验中降血脂作用尚未达到统计学意义(P>0.05)。黑茶低、中、高剂量组剂量均可显著降低高脂血症大鼠TNF-α、IL-6表达水平(P<0.05),其中,不同剂量对IL-6表达水平差异无显著性,但对TNF-α表达水平有明显差异:中剂量组>低剂量组>高剂量组。结论:黑茶具有降脂、抗炎作用。
Objective : To observe the influence of dark tea on hyperlipidemia rat blood lipid and inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF- α Methods : Using high fat diet + intraperitoneal injection of VitD3 to the preparation of hyperlipidemia rat model, by the method of detection of rat serum lipid levels model was successful. Hypertipidemia rats first layer, then randomized, blank control group and model group was given volume distilled water lavage ; low, medium and high dose of dark tea group and astorvastatin according to its corresponding concentration lavage 4 weeks, continued high fat feed. Using semi-automatic biochemical analyzer test blood lipid and immunohistochemical methods thoracic aorta inflammation factor expression level. Results : Compared with model group, low, medium and high dose of dark tea set of rat serum TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly reduced (P〈0.01), HDL-C were significantly increased (P〈0.05). Low, medium and high dose of dark tea set of three different doses in this experiment, fall hematic fat action has yet to reach statistical significance (P〉0.05). Low, medium dose and high dose of dark tea group were significantly lower hyperlipemia rats the expression of IL-6 ( Interleukin-6 ) and TNF- α ( tumor necrosis factor- α ) ( P〈0.05 ), among them, different doses of IL-6 expression level no difference, but the expression of TNF- e~ have obvious differences : medium group〉low group〉high group. Conclusion : Dark tea can reduce blood lipid, inhibite the expression of inflammatory cytokines.
