中药面膜联合中药内服治疗肺经风热型痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Traditional Medicine Face Mask Combined with External Medicine on Treating Acne with Type of Lung Meridian Wind-heat

目的:评价枇杷清肺饮配合中药面膜治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:70例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为2组,对照组35例采用内服枇杷清肺饮加减(基本方:枇杷叶、黄芩、黄连、桑白皮、金银花、连翘、栀子、生甘草)100 m L日3次口服,治疗组35例在上述内服方法的基础上配合中药面膜外用(药物组成:连翘、黄柏、丹参、马齿苋)治疗。疗程6周,观察综合分值变化。结果:积分改善情况治疗组优于对照组,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.57%和74.29%。两组经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药辨证内治配合中药倒膜外用比单纯中药内服治疗更加有效,并且安全、廉价,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To research the clinical effect of the combination therapy of Pipa Qingfei Decoction and Chinese traditional medicine face mask in patients with type of lung meridian wind-heat. Methods ： 70 patients of acne were divided into two groups at random. The control group took orally Loquat clear lung drinks add and subtract （ basic prescription ： loguat leaf, seutellaria baicalensis, coptis chinensis, the root bark of white mulberry, honeysukle, fructus forsythia, jasmine, liquorice ） 100 mL, oral three times. Treatment group took orally Loquat clear lung drinks combined Chinese traditional medicine face mask. Both groups were treated for six weeks, then observe the comprehensive score changes. Results ： The cure rate ratio of treatment group 88.57% were better than the control group 74.29%. It showed significant difference between experimental groups and its control groups after statistics processing （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It had better effects to use tradional Chinese medicine and external treatment of skin. At the same time, it is safe, cheap and deseaves further clinical application.
