抗癌益气汤联合FOLFOX4对大肠癌患者生存质量及淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Effect Study Kangai Yiqi Decoction Combined with FOLFOX4 on Life Quantity and Lymphocyte Subpopulation for Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:分析抗癌益气汤联合FOLFOX4对大肠癌患者生存质量及淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:研究对象来自于我院收治的92例大肠癌患者的临床资料。分为对照组和治疗组,各46例,对照组采用FOLFOX4干预治疗,治疗组在此基础之上增加抗癌益气汤。对比两组患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组的Karnofsky评分下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05);CD3+、CD4+水平均较治疗前显著提高,CD4+/CD8+比值明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:抗癌益气汤联合FOLFOX4可增加患者的生存质量,提高机体免疫力,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Kangai Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 on life quantity and lymphocyte subpopulation for coloreetal cancer patients. Methods ： The clinical data of 92 cases of eolorectal cancer patients from the study object in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group, the control group using FOLFOX4 intervention treatment, observation group based add the Kangai Yiqi Decoction. Then compared two groups of patients with life quantity and immunity function. Results ： KPS score was reduced after treatment with Kangai Yiqi Decoction, the difference was not statistically significantly （P〉0.05）, CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD4＋/CDs＋ levels were increased （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Kangai Yiqi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 in colorectal cancer can improve life quality and immunity function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
