摘要
咽喉反流是一组以胃食管反流为病因而产生的咽喉部病变及其相应的临床症候群。近年来，咽喉反流和喉咽部疾病之间关系日益受到耳鼻咽喉科医师的重视。本文简要综述了咽喉反流的诊断、治疗手段及咽喉反流同声带白斑、喉癌的关系，进一步对声带白斑、喉癌的病因研究。
Pharyngeal reflux （laryngopharyngeal reflux, LPR） is characterized by a group of laryngeal patho｜ogies and related symptoms caused by gastroesophageal reflux. Today, LPR and laryngeal syndromes have gained increasing awareness amongst ENT （Ear, Nose, and Throat） practitioners. Our paper briefly discusses the diagnosis and treatment of LPR as well as the relationship between LPR, vocal cord leukoplakia andlaryngeal cancer.
