成人still病（adultonsetstill’sdisease，AOSD）是一种复杂的涉及全身各系统的罕见炎症性疾病。主要临床表现包括发热、关节炎及皮疹。确切的发病机制到目前为止仍不清楚，由于该病的临床症状复杂多变且涉及全身各系统，容易引起漏诊和误诊。过去一直是一个排除性诊断，由于新的诊断标准出现，提高了不明原因发热患者中AOSD的诊断特异性及敏感性。近年来AOSD的临床生物学特征、免疫学研究及细胞因子靶向治疗取得显著成果，为A0sD的研究与探索增添了更大的希望。

Adult onset still＇s disease （AOSD） is a complex systemic rare inflammatory disorder. The main clinical manifestations include fever, arthritis and skin rash. The exact pathogenesis is still not clear. It is easy to cause the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis due to the complicated and systemic clinical symptoms. It is a exclusive diagnosis in the past, increased specificity and sensitivity in AOSD from unclear fever patients attribute to the new diagnostic criteria. In recent years, clinical biological characteristics, immunological research and eytokines targeted therapy have obtained remarkable achievements in AOSD, which bring greater hope in its research and exploration.
