以互联网为代表的科技进步成果大大改变了生产、消费和交换模式,创造了巨大的经济成果。实践证明,以信息为主要元素的信息经济,在今天的经济体系中越来越占有重要地位。物联网的出现和推广,就是在信息经济和互联网普及繁荣的基础上,进一步地整合资源,创造更便捷、更高效的模式。同时,也要认识到,技术对经济社会的互动作用具有两面性。在保证技术的正向作用同时,还要关注管理制度和思想观念的变革与更新。特别是物联网领域的制度和观念构建创造尤其急迫。只有尽快构建相关制度环境土壤,中国物联网事业才会有比较健康充分的发展。

Practice has proved that information econom3; which uses information as its main elements, is playing an increasingly important role in today＇s economic system. The Internet of Things （IOT） means to be based on the information economy and the prosperity of the Internet, further integrate resources, and create a more convenient and efficient model. At the same time, it should be noted that technology＇s social-economic impact is double-edged. While making use of its positive role, we should also pay attention to the change and update of management systems and concepts. In particular, the establishment of IOT system and ideas is extremely urgent. Only if we create the environment for establishing relevant systems as soon as possible, China＇s IOT cause can develop in a healthy and full manner.
