企业专利合作网络模式及其对创新绩效的影响——以制药产业科技型上市中小企业为例 被引量:4

摘要 以制药产业科技型中小企业为研究对象,运用联合申请的817项发明专利数据绘制企业与高校、研究机构及企业间的专利合作网络图谱,分析了网络密度、平均聚类系数、网络结构洞、网络节点度等网络结构数据,探索和验证了专利合作网络存在探索型专利合作网络和利用型专利合作网络两种模式,且这两种专利合作网络模式均对科技型中小企业的创新绩效产生积极影响,其中探索型专利合作网络的影响更为突出。研究表明,高合作广度和高合作深度的探索型专利合作网络更适合从事医药研发的科技型中小企业,为科技型中小企业依托专利合作网络获取创新资源和提升创新能力提供了路径突破及发展建议。 Taking Chinese small-and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology as the research object,using the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office patent search database,we find817 invention patent data which are applied by companies jointly,and draw the patent cooperation network map between enterprises and universities,research institutes and enterprises,obtaining the data of degree,closeness centrality,esscentrality,eigen centrality,weighted degree,clustering,triangles and cons.,Then the type of patent cooperation network model and its influence on innovation performance are verified. The research results show that the patent collaboration network can be divided into exploring patent collaboration network and utilizing patent collaboration network,and the two patent collaboration networks have a positive impact on the innovation performance of scientific and technological SMEs,but exploring patent cooperation networks is even more significant. This study shows that the exploration of patent cooperation networks with high cooperation breadth and depth is more suitable for SMEs engaged in pharmaceutical research and development,and it provides breakthrough paths and development suggestions for acquiring innovation resources and enhancing the innovation capability relying on patent cooperation networks for SMEs.
