摘要 Ni基催化剂在合成气反应体系中具有较高活性,但在反应过程中存在积炭现象。积炭导致催化活性下降,床层堵塞,制约大型工业化目标的实现。对近年来Ni基催化剂的积炭失活反应原理和影响因素的研究状况进行总结,得出甲烷脱氢和CO歧化反应是积炭的主要反应,Ni晶粒度是影响积炭的主要内在因素。从催化剂和工艺条件两方面提出相应的抗积炭措施,以期延长催化剂寿命,提高工业装置运行的稳定性和经济效益。 Nickel-based catalyst has high activity in syngas reaction system, but is prone to cause carbon deposition during the reaction process. Carbon deposit can result in the decline of catalytic activity and bed blocking of the catalyst, and restricts the achievement of large-scale industrialization goal. The research status of carbon deposit deactivation mechanisms and the influence factors of nickel-based catalysts were summarized. It was indicated that the dehydrogenation of methane and CO disproportionation reaction were the main reactions of carbon deposit, and Ni crystalline grain size was the main intrinsic effect factor of carbon deposit. The corresponding measures of anti-coking from two aspects of catalysts and process conditions were put forward to prolong the lifetime of the catalyst ,improve the operation stability and economic benefits of commercial plant.
