摘要
氯乙烯单体是合成多种化工产品的基础原料,应用领域广泛,乙炔法成为我国合成氯乙烯单体的主流工艺。随着汞资源的日益枯竭和环境的不断恶化,用于乙炔氢氯化反应的无汞催化剂的研究开发方兴未艾。概述近年来国内外乙炔氢氯化反应无汞催化剂的研究进展,探讨催化剂活性组分、载体及制备过程对催化活性的影响,对乙炔法合成氯乙烯用无汞催化剂的发展前景进行展望。
Vinyl chloride monomer, the fundamental raw materials used for chemical products, is widely applied for all kinds of fields in national economy. Because of the energy-resource structure, acetylene method has been the mainstream technology in the synthesis of vinyl chloride monomer. With the continuously worsening of environment and depletion of mercury resources, the research and development of mercury-free catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination are still in the ascendant. The research progress in mercury-free catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination at home and abroad in recent decades was summarized. The effects of the active components, the carriers and the preparation processes of the catalysts on the catalytic activity were discussed. The development prospects of the catalysts for synthesis of vinyl chloride from acetylene were outlined.
