Y_2O_3对MoO_3/ZrO_2催化剂的影响及其在甲烷化反应中的应用

摘要 采用浸渍法制备Y_2O_3促进的Mo O3/Zr O2催化剂,通过H2-TPR和XRD对催化剂的物化性能进行表征,研究Y_2O_3对催化剂中活性组分Mo O3与载体Zr O2之间相互作用力的影响。催化剂活性评价结果表明,助剂Y_2O_3在直接甲烷化反应中明显提高催化剂稳定性。在空速5 000 h-1、反应压力3.0 MPa和反应温度450℃条件下,反应800 h,催化剂活性保持稳定,具有优良的抗水合稳定性。 The Y2O3 promoted MoO3/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The effects of Y2O3 on the interaction between MoO3 and the support ZrO2 were investigated by means of H2-TPR, XRD characterization. The results of catalytic activity evaluation showed that Y2O3 could improve significantly the stability of MoO3/ZrO2 catalyst in the methanation reaction. The performance of MoO3/Y2O3-ZrO2 catalyst kept stable and possessed good anti-hydration stability under the reaction condition as follows: GHSV 5 000 h^ -1, reaction pressure 3.0 MPa, reaction temperature 450 ℃ and reaction time 800 h.
