复合金属氧化物催化热解木质素制备芳香族化合物 被引量:3

Preparation of aromatic compounds from catalytic pyrolysis of lignin by complex metal oxide

摘要 以Fe_2O_3、La2O3和Ti O2为原料,利用固相反应法制备钙钛矿型复合氧化物La Ti0.2Fe0.8O3·Fe_2O_3(Fe_2O_3-LTFO),通过XRD和SEM对其结构和晶型进行表征,并将Fe_2O_3-LTFO作为催化剂,在固定床反应器中考察对木质素的催化热解制备芳香族化合物的催化性能。结果表明,以Fe_2O_3-LTFO为催化剂时,液相产物产率可达24%,产物主要有苯酚类、愈创木酚类、紫丁香酚类、邻苯二酚类和其他芳香基化合物。Fe_2O_3-LTFO进行氧化再生后仍具有较高活性,且结构和晶型未发生明显变化,催化剂可以循环使用。 The complex metal oxide LaTio. 2 Fe0.8 O3 . Fe2O3 ( Fe2O3-LTFO ) was prepared by the solid state reaction method by using Fe2 O3, La2 03 and TiO2 as raw materials. The structure and crystal form of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The complex metal oxide Fe2O3-LTFO as the catalyst was used for the catalytic pyrolysis of lignin to aromatic compounds in a fixed bed reactor, and its catalytic performance was investigated. The results showed that the yield of liquid product over Fe203-LTFO catalyst was 24%. The product mainly included phenol, guaiacol, lilac phenol, catechol and other aromatic compounds. The deactivated catalyst after regeneration by oxidation still exhibited higher catalytic activity, and its catalyst could be used circularly.
