摘要
白鹤滩水电站缆机采用平移式双层布置方案,缆机轨道基础位于开挖边坡上,具有受水平力大、地形地质条件复杂等特点。根据地形地质条件及缆机荷载情况,采用了坝肩上方双层平移式布置方案,供料平台和混凝土生产系统分高、低线布置,并通过缩短垂直运输距离提高缆机浇筑效率。最后还介绍了不同地质条件下的缆机轨道基础结构的选型。相关经验可供类似大型水电工程的缆机布置设计借鉴。
The cable cranes in Baihetan Hydropower Station are laid out on two translational layers,and the track foundation is located on the excavation slope,which is characterized as huge horizontal force and complex geological conditions. According to the topographic and geological conditions and load of cable cranes,the cable cranes are laid out on two translational layers; the concrete feeder platform and concrete production system are arranged in high and low lines,which improves the pouring efficiency by shortening the vertical transport distance. The structure selection of track foundation in different geological conditions was introduced in detail,which can provide reference for cable crane layout design in other similar hydropower projects.
