摘要
以TLJ400连续挤压机为原型,基于Deform-3D有限元模拟软件,通过建立铜镁合金连续挤压数值模拟模型,获得了不同挤压轮转速下金属连续挤压成型过程中的温度分布、等效应力分布以及挤压轮扭矩的分布情况。结果表明,随着挤压轮转速的提升,连续挤压成型过程中金属的变形温度不断升高,等效应力值和挤压轮扭矩不断下降。
Using TLJ400 continuous extrusion machine,and based on Deform-3Dfinite element simulation software,the temperature field,effective stress field and torque of metal continuous extrusion forming process at different wheel angular velocities were analyzed through establishing the numerical simulation model of continuous extrusion for copper magnesium alloy.The results show that with the increase of wheel angular velocity,the deformation temperature of the metal is increased,and the effective strain and the extrusion wheel torque are decreased gradually.
