SLS砂型中碳纤维对真空差压铸造ZL205A合金性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Carbon Fibers Content in Selective Laser Sintering Sand Mold on Density and Mechanical Properties of Vacuum Counter-pressure Casting ZL205A Alloy

摘要 采用不同碳纤维含量的覆膜砂铸型制备了ZL205A合金试样。结果表明,随着碳纤维含量的增加,试样的致密度提高,抗拉强度和伸长率都呈现先提高后下降的趋势。当碳纤维含量为3%时,试样的致密度、抗拉强度和伸长率达到峰值,分别为0.9962、496.42 MPa和10.23%。 Effect of carbon fibers content in selective laser sintering sand mold on relative density and mechanical properties of vacuum counter-pressure casting ZL205 Aalloy were analyzed by testing the aluminum castings prepared by resin coated sand mold with five different carbon fibers contents.The results indicate that with increase of the carbon fibers content,relative density of the ZL205 Aalloy is increased,and tensile strength and elongation of the ZL205 Aalloy are increased firstly and then decreased.The relative density,tensile strength and elongation of the ZL205 Aalloy reach 0.9962,496.42 MPa and10.23%,respectively,with 3%carbide fibre content.When carbide fibre content is more than 3%,relative density of the alloy is decreased.
