热毒宁注射液治疗CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染手足口病的效果与安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Reduning Injectionin Treating Children with Hand-Foot and Mouth Disease Caused by CoxA16,EV71 or Other Enteroviruses

目的 探讨热毒宁注射液治疗CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染手足口病的效果与安全性。方法 选择2015年10月-2016年5月在我院治疗的CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染的手足口病患儿96例,随机分为两组,其中对照组48例给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,研究组48例给予热毒宁注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果与安全性。结果 研究组治疗总有效率（97.92%）明显高于对照组（83.33%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均无严重不良反应（P〉0.05）。结论 热毒宁注射液治疗CoxA16、EV71肠道病毒感染手足口病患儿的效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To probe on the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection in treating children with hand‐foot and mouth disease（HFMD） caused by CoxA16 ,EV71 or other enteroviruses . Methods Of the children with HFMD caused by CoxA16 ,EV71 or other enteroviruses who were treated in our hospital between October ,2015 and May ,2016 ,96 cases were selected and were randomly divided into two groups .The 48 cases of the control group received Ribavirin injection ,and 48 cases of the research group received Reduning injection .A comparison was made between the two in efficacy and safety . Results The total effective rate of the research group was 97.92% ,which was conspicuously higher than that of the control group（83.33% ） ,and the difference was statisti‐cally significant（P〈0.05）;there were no adverse reactions for the two groups ,and the difference was statistically insignificant（P〉 0.05） . Conclusion Reduning injection is safe and effective in treating children with HFMD caused by CoxA16 ,EV71 or other enteroviruses ,and it is worthy of wide application .
