摘要
利用调研数据,运用相关分析和回归分析等方法,实证研究了变革型领导对失败学习的影响以及心理所有权在其中的中介作用和传统性的调节作用。结果表明:变革型领导对失败学习具有显著的正向影响;变革型领导通过心理所有权的中介作用影响失败学习;传统性对心理所有权与失败学习的关系具有调节作用,即员工的传统性越高,心理所有权对失败学习的积极影响越小。
Using the survey data and the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper analyzes the influence of transforma- tional leadership on learning from failures, and the mediating effect of psychological ownership and the moderating effect of traditionality. The re- sults show as follows:transformational leadership has a significant and positive influence on learning from failures - transformational leadership affects learning from failures by the mediating effect of psychological ownership; traditionality has a moderating effect on the relationship between psychological ownership and learning from failures,that is,the higher the staffrs traditionality,the smaller the positive impact of psychological ownership on learning from failure.
