摘要
目的:观察卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)中趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)的表达及其与临床病理特征间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测40例卵巢上皮性癌(EOC组)组织和10例卵巢良性肿瘤组织(对照组)中CXCR4阳性表达率,同时检测EOC患者癌组织中Cyclin D1、EGFR和Ki-67表达水平,分析CXCR4、Cyclin D1、EGFR及Ki-67在EOC患者癌组织中的阳性表达率与患者年龄、组织学分级、是否有淋巴转移及TNM分期的关系,采用Spearman秩相关分析EOC患者癌组织中CXCR4表达与EGFR、Cyclin D1及Ki-67表达的相关性。结果:对照组中CXCR4的阳性表达率(20%)低于EOC组(57.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EOC患者癌组织中的CXCR4的阳性表达率与EOC患者临床分期、组织学分级及有无淋巴转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄无关(P>0.05);EOC患者中Cyclin D1阳性表达率与临床分期、组织学分级有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);EGFR与Ki-67的过表达率与临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、组织学分级及有无淋巴转移无关(P>0.05);EOC患者癌组织中CXCR4的阳性表达与Cyclin D1的阳性表达、EGFR的过表达及Ki-67的过表达之间呈现正相关性(r=0.535、0.506、0.490,P<0.05)。结论:CXCR4、Cyclin D1、EGFR和Ki-67的联合检测对EOC的发生、预后判断、治疗选择有一定的参考意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CXCR4, Cyclin D1, EGFR and Ki-67 in epi- thelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods: 40 ca- ses of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (observation group) and 10 cases of patients with ovarian benign tumor (control group) were tested for the expression of CXCR4, Cyclin D1, EGFR and Ki-67 protein by SP immunohistochemical assay kit. Combined with the medical record data, the relationship between the 4 cytokines and the clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Meanwhile, the re- lationship between CXCR4 and the other 3 cytokines was also analyzed. Results: The positive expres- sion rate of CXCR4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). There were statistically significant differences in the positive expression rate of CXCR4 under different pathology parameters such as clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metasta- sis ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were statistically significant differences in the positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 under different pathology parameters such as clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P 〈 0.05). The over expression rates of Ki-67 and EGFR was significantly related to clinical stage (P 〈 0.05). CXCR4 were positively correlated with the expression of Cyclin D1, EGFR and Ki- 67 in epithelial ovarian cancer(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The joint detection of CXCR4, Cyclin D1, EGFR and Ki-67 may have important reference significance in prognosis of EOC and the choice of treatment of EOC.
