摘要
对外汉语教师发展的研究成为学界近年来的热点问题,而以往对汉语教师的研究多集中外在因素对教师成长的作用方面,而忽视了对教师内在因素的挖掘,尤其是教师的情感领域。教师情感作为教师心灵的一部分,在教师研究中处于重要地位。对教师情感的研究既有其必要性又有其重要性。文章通过对两名个别式辅导教师进行跨案例叙事研究,旨在反映对外汉语个别式辅导教师的情感发展状态,挖掘影响教师情感的因素,并提出改善个别式辅导教学,增强教师情感愉悦的建议,以期对广大对外汉语教师以及从事对外汉语教师发展的研究者有所启示。
The studies of the TCFL teacher development have become a focus in recent years. Most of the previous studies have focused on the role of the external factors in the TCFL teacher develop- ment rather than the internal factors such as affective factors. The teacher's affection is a part of the teacher's soul and plays a key role in the research on teachers, which deserves in-depth studies. This paper is a case study of two individual instructors in the perspective of narrative, and aims to reveal their affective development in the instruction and the influencing factors. It finally proposes some sug- gestions on the improvement of such individual instruction and of the instructor's pleasure level, which should have some implications to the future studies of the TCFL teacher development.
