Xuancheng city locates in the southeast of Anhui Province and in the intersection region of Jiangsu Zhejiang Anhui provinces, which is the only city bordering Jiangsu and Zhejiang two provinces, Building the intersection regional central city of Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces is the necessity of historical development, which meets the requirement of reality development,is the major strategic choice of analyzing city condition and accurately grasping the development stage characteristics.
