高校辅导员名师工作室的内涵与培育策略研究

The Research on the Connotation and Cultivation Mechanism of the University Counselors' Distinguished Workshop

辅导员名师工作室已经成为推进辅导员队伍专业化发展的新举措,并逐渐成为大学生思想政治教育的特色和品牌。为了科学培育高校辅导员名师工作室,应采取以下五个方面的策略:更新观念,树立理念;健全机制,强化管理;加强指导,注重培训;倡导学习,深化研究;优化结构,提升能力。

Distinguished workshop has become a breakthrough for the professionalization development of counselor team and is coming to be a distinctive measure in college counselor and ideological and political education. Based on elaborating the conception of renown distinguished workshop,this paper presents concrete strategies to cultivate the university counselor distinguished workshop from five aspects scientifically. Respectively, there are renew ideas, improving the management mechanism, strengthening guidance and training, advocating in- depth scientific research and optimizing the team structure to promote the individual capability.
