摘要
目的通过64层CT血管成像了解支气管动脉(BA)的影像解剖特点,以期为经BA开展的介入治疗提供有价值的参考。方法对63例肺癌组及31例对照组CTA原始图像进行MPR、MIP及VR三维后处理,观察BA的走行情况、分支数目、内径及变异情况,同时进行统计学分析。结果 63例肺癌中BA显示率(评级优+良)达到92%,31例对照组显示率为96%,二者之间无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。BA在肺癌组与对照组之间显示的支数有统计学差异(P=0.041)。肺癌组BA内径与对照组之间无明显统计学差异。肺癌组变异百分比为15.6%,对照组为15.7%,二者无明显差异,主要的变异类型为与肋间动脉共干。结论 64层CT血管成像能很好地显示BA的解剖特点,可为经BA介入治疗提供有价值的参考。
Objective To study the 3-dimension anatomy of bronchial arteries using 64-slice CT angiography, which can provide valuable references for the interventional therapy via bronchial artery (BA). Methods The raw data of 63 patients and 31 normals with bronchial arteries displayed on CTA underwent post-processing including multiplanar reformation (MPR) , maximum intensity projection (MP) and volume (VR). The number of sub-branch, the pathway as well as the diameter of the bronchial ar- tery were studied and measured. Statistical analysis was conducted. Results Of the 63 patents, ratio of BA ( type excellent and good) was 92% and in normal group ration was 96%. There was difference in branches between patients and normal group. Sig- nificant statistical difference was not existed in diameter of two group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Variability of ratio was 15.6% in patients and 15.7% in normal group. No difference existed between two groups. The most common variability type was common trunk with inter-costal artery. Conclusion Anatomic characteristics of the bronchial artery could be clearly displayed by 64-slice CTA, which provide valuable references for the interventional therapy via bronchial arteries.
