摘要 目的明确MRI检查对踝关节扭伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析84例踝关节扭伤患者的MRI图像,主要评估MRI对于踝关节韧带、肌腱及骨软骨的诊断价值。结果 52例韧带损伤患者中,距腓前韧带损伤发生率最高35例(67.31%),距腓后韧带损伤发生率最低8例(15.38%),跟腓韧带损伤16例(30.77%);MRI对肌腱损伤诊断明确;MRI对骨损伤后引起的骨髓水肿非常敏感(100%)。结论 MRI对于踝关节扭伤性病变具有较高的诊断价值。
