高校图书馆对外开放存在的问题及对策探讨

高校图书馆对外开放不仅可以使社会教育职能得到充分体现,而且可以有效提高资源利用率。然而,我国高校图书馆对外开放面临着资源不足、缺乏完善的服务与管理制度等诸多困难。为此,高校图书馆可采取树立先进的对外服务理念、建立健全对外开放服务管理体系、加大图书馆资源共享平台建设以及为社会读者提供特色服务等措施,逐步实现全面对外开放。

The opening-up of college libraries cart not only achieve the social education function of the library, but also raise the resources utility rate. However, lack of resources, incomplete service and management system set ob- stacles for the college libraries at present. Therefore, to achieve the goal of opening to the society gradually, college li- braries should take some measures, such as setting up new service concept, building opening-up service management system, constructing the resources sharing platform, providing personal service for social readers, etc
