某院2015年注射用磷酸肌酸钠临床应用合理性分析

Rationality analysis of clinical use of creatine phosphate sodium for injection of a hospital in 2015

目的了解注射用磷酸肌酸钠的临床应用情况,发现临床使用存在的问题,为提高该药合理应用水平提供参考。方法利用EMRS系统随机抽取2015年1-12月应用注射用磷酸肌酸钠的住院患者病历共277份,对所选病例进行回顾分析,获取有关临床应用信息,包括患者的基本信息、诊断、"既往史"和"现病史"中相关内容、用药数量和疗程以及心脏疾病相关的检查、检验指标,对其临床应用情况进行统计分析。结果注射用磷酸肌酸钠存在不合理使用的情况,主要表现在无适应证、溶媒配伍不合理、剂量过大与疗程不当等方面。结论临床应用注射用磷酸肌酸钠时,应严格按照说明书操作,做好监护工作,并在用药过程中完善用药记录。

Objective To investigate the clinical use of creatine phosphate sodium injection and discover the problems in clinical use in order to provide a reference for reasonable application of the drug. Methods A total of 277 cases were randomly selected from the inpatients treated with creatine phosphate sodium injection during the period from January to December 2015 by EMRS system. The related clinical application information from the chosen cases were retrospectively analyzed. A comprehensive analysis was performed on basic information, diagnosis, past and pres- ent history of illness, dosage, courses of treatment and indexes of heart disease-related examination. Results Problems existing in the clinical application of creatine phosphate for injection were mainly the non-indication use, overdose, unreasonable solvent compatibility and improper courses of treatment. Conclusion Clinical application of creatine phosphate sodium for injection should be in accordance with the instruction, the process of the application should be supervised, and the medical record should be completed.
