摘要 17β-雌二醇(17β-estradiol)是卵巢分泌的类固醇激素,其不仅对生殖和性功能有重要作用,也影响肌肉、骨骼等其他器官的发育和功能。骨骼肌存在着明显的性别差异,17β-雌二醇是导致骨骼肌性别差异的主要因素之一。本文综述了17β-雌二醇与骨骼肌内糖与脂肪代谢,骨骼肌发育和17β-雌二醇与骨骼肌疾病之间的关系,并探讨17β-雌二醇与骨骼肌目前研究未解决的问题及近期及远期研究方向。 17 β-estradiol is a human sex hormone and steroid. Estradiol is essential for the development and maintenance of female reproductive function but it also has important effects on many other functions including bone and muscle. 17β-estradiol is one of the main factors which can cause the gender differences of the skeletal muscle. We reviewed the relationship between 17β-estradiol and the glycometabolism and lipometabolism in skeletal muscle,skeletal muscle growth, 17β-estradiol and skeletal disease, and explored the problems unsolved in present study and the recent and future research direction.
