摘要盐酸右美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine,Dex)作为一种新型镇静镇痛药物,已经广泛应用于临床,并且有很好的疗效。近几年发现,右美托咪定还具有抗心律失常,减少心脏外科术后并发症等作用。本文旨在总结右美托咪定在心脏外科手术中应用的新进展,为临床应用提供参考。 As a new sedative and analgesic drug, dexmedetomidine has been widely used in clinical practices, and has achieved a good effect. In recent years, dexmedetomidine has been found to have an anti-arrhythmic effect and can reduce the cardiac surgery complications. This article aims to summarize the new progress of dexmedetomidine given in cardiac surgery to provide a reference for clinical applications.
