探析1200例健康体检人群血糖、血脂及血压与肥胖、超重的关系

Relationship between Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid,Blood Pressure and Obesity,Overweight of 1200 Cases of Healthy People

目的对1200例健康体检人群中血脂及血糖、血压及超重、肥胖之间的联系进行分析探究。方法选取在笔者单位接受健康体检的1200例作为本次研究对象,根据其体重指数分为正常人组、超重组以及肥胖组3组,分别检测其机体中血脂及血糖、血压水平情况,并对比分析。结果肥胖组餐后2h血糖11.76±1.02mmol/L以及空腹血糖8.43±1.22mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白8.32%±1.45%与明显高于正常组餐后2h血糖6.39±1.02mmol/L以及空腹血糖4.21±0.36mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白3.45%±0.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥胖组体检者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯及收缩压、舒张压等水平明显高于正常组研究对象,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超重与肥胖体检者中其血脂及血糖、血压水平显著升高,且明显高于正常人,控制血压、血脂与血糖水平,能够降低肥胖与超重的发病人数,具有重要临床意义。

Objective To analyze the relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure and obesity, overweight in 1200 healthy people. Methods Totally 1200 cases of healthy physical examination people in our center were selected as the research object. They were divided into normal group, overweight group and obesity group according to their body mass index, the levels of serum lipids and blood glucose, blood pressure and blood pressure were detected in three groups, and then taken to comparative analysis. Results Blood glucose after meals two hours 11.76 ± 1.02mmol/L, fasting blood glucose 8.43 ± 1.22mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin 8.32% ± 1.45% in the obesity group was significantly higher than 6.39 ± 1.02mmol/L,4.21 ± 0. 36mmol/L,3. 45% ± 0.35% in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total cholesterol, triglyceride, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the obese group were significantly higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of blood lipid, blood glucose and blood pressure in the overweight group and obesity group were higher than those in normal controls. It is important to control blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose levels to reduce the incidence of obesity and overweight.
