高校学报的特色栏目建设是其专业优势的战略体现，学术争鸣的主要平台，也是在众多竞争者中成为品牌特色的有效途径．然而过分追求特色，为了特色而特色，甚至使其成为圭臬，必然会导致学报学术价值的缺失．学报在优化和建设过程中，如何辩证的把握“学术”与“特色”这两个至关重要的维度，已成为学报特色栏目发展所必须面临的问题．

The construction of featured columns of university journals is a strategy reflection of the professional ad- vantage, the main platform for academic debate, and also an effective way to become brand characteristics among many competitors. However, excessive pursuit of characteristics, for the sake of characteristics and features, and even make it become standard, will inevitably lead to the lack of the value of academic journals. In the process of optimi- zation and construction ,how to grasp the two important dimensions of ＂academic＂ and ＂characteristic＂ ,has become the problems that must be faced in the development of journal characteristic column.
