基于病案首页的医疗大数据挖掘研究

Research on the Mining of Medical Big Data Based on the First Page of Medical Records

随着医疗信息技术的不断发展,医疗信息系统集成的子系统也不断增多,由此产生的医疗数据规模呈几何基数增长。面对海量相对独立的医疗数据,如何进行科学有效的存储、挖掘、处理,获取数据背后潜藏的有价信息,对医疗信息工作者来说是个巨大挑战。通过引入病案首页系统,按目标需求,从纷繁芜杂的医疗信息中提取规范化、格式化的病案数据,并对外提供数据查询接口,为后续挖掘工作提供预处理的数据。然后引入云平台下的关联规则挖掘,分析利用病案首页数据、挖掘数据间潜在规则,能为医院管理层提供快速、准确和高效的决策支持。

With the continuous development of medical information technology, the subsystems ot medical informanon system are also growing, the medical data generated from these systems grows exponentially. Faced with massive medical data, there is a huge challenge, how to conduct scientific and effective storage, mining, processing, access to valuable information hidden behind the data. According to the objective demand, we set up the medical record home page system which can generate standardized format medical record data. The system also provided data query interface, which provide pre-processed data for subsequent data mining. Through the cloud platform, using association rule mining algorithms, we analyze medical record data and mining potential rules, to provide fast, accurate and efficient decision support for the hospital supervisor.
