利用银行卡预授权实现急诊患者预交金模式探讨

Exploration on the Realization of Emergency Patients' Prepayment Pattern through Pre-authorization of Bank Cards

通过对门急诊挂号及交费人次、医院是否发放就诊卡模式及门急诊预交金支付方式这三个方面的综合评估,探讨急诊在不适用医院发放就诊卡情况下,利用银行卡预授权的方法实现预交金模式的方式和方法,及为患者和给医院管理带来的便利。

Based on the comprehensive evaluation on three aspects including the patient numbers in outpatient and emergency registration and in payment, the possibility of issuing in-hospital medical card, and the method of prepayment in outpatient and emergency department, this thesis aims to explore the method of prepayment through bank cards＇ pre-authorization to bring convenience to the patients and the management in hospital. This method should be applied for emergency patients who are not suitable for the condition to use in-hospital medical card.
