Application and Effect Analysis of Digital Diagnosis and Management Platform of Cardiology Department

目的:使用信息化手段,提高心内科的诊疗水平和科研水平。方法:通过与HIS、LIS、PACS、EMR的有效集成,建立心内科数字化诊疗与管理平台。结果:建立了心血管临床数据库以及科室级动态介入影像管理系统,实现数字化手术流程管理以及介入手术报告数据的结构化存储。结论:平台的有效使用,提高医护人员工作质量和工作效率,提高患者就医满意度,多维度的数据分析为临床和科研提供强大的数据基础,促进了我院心内科的进一步发展。

Objective： To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, and also the scientific research level of the department of cardiology by taking use of information methods. Methods： Establish a digital diagnosis and management platform through effective integration with HIS, LIS, PACS and EMR. Results： A cardiovascular clinical database is established. And it also realized secure storage and management of data in interventional imaging. It optimized digital management of the whole process of interventional procedures. Conclusion： The effective use of the platform, not only improve the work quality and work efficiency of medical staffs but also improve patient satisfaction. Multi dimensional data analysis provides a powerful data base for clinical and scientific research. And it promotes the further development of cardiovascular department of internal medicine in our hospital.
