目的:从HIS建设模式、发展路径、技术架构和医改政策需求角度出发,研究探索云HIS,从而重新定义HIS的未来。方法:通过分析传统HIS的弊端,给出重新定义HIS的必要性,从理念、技术、方法及机制上重新定义HIS。结果:云HIS以新的内涵作用、建设方法和发展机制,重建信息架构体系,重构管理服务流程,重造病人服务环境,重塑运维服务方式,实现医疗卫生信息化由局域网医院信息系统向广域网医疗卫生信息系统的转型转变。结论:云HIS是发展方向,它重新定义了HIS的未来,将助推医疗卫生信息化进入云时代。

Objective： From the perspective of HIS construction mode, development path, technical architecture and medical reform policy demand, the cloud HIS is studied and explored, and HIS future is redefined. Methods： Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of traditional HIS, the necessity of redefining HIS is given. HIS is redefined from the perspective of concept, technology, method and mechanism. Results： With the new connotation, construction methods and development mechanism, cloud HIS reconstructs the system of information architecture, management service flow, patient service environment and operation and maintenance service method. The medical and health informatization transforms from the local area network （LAN） hospital information system to the WAN healthcare information system, Conclusion： Cloud HIS is the development direction. It redefines the future of HIS, and it will help medical and health informatization to enter the era of cloud.
