文章基于福柯的微观权力论和加芬克尔的常人方法学,通过实地观察在某医院门诊部发生的三起不同的医患交流,将权力策略放入具体的交涉过程中讨论,仔细研究了医方的三种权力形塑策略与患方的三种权力突破策略,归纳了它们之间存在的顺序性与相对性规律,为重塑和谐医患关系提供启示。

Based on the theory of micro-power Foucault and Garfunkel ordinary methodology by field observations from three different doctors and patients in a hospital outpatient department exchange occurs,we put the power policy into concrete negotiations during the discussion, and careful study three powers of the medical side of the three powers to shape strategy and the risk of side breakthrough strategy. Then we summarize the order that exists between them and relativity laws to reshape a harmonious doctor-patient relationship to provide inspiration.
