摘要
文章探讨了民国时期医患纠纷产生的原因,主要为社会的转型与制度的缺失、诊疗模式的改变、医生的医技与医德、患者的医学素养与医疗观以及媒体的介入等;为减少医患纠纷的发生,民国时期主要采取了重视医德建设及完善各项法律制度的措施。这些对当前医患纠纷的处理给出了提示,即医患纠纷是普遍存在的,且在社会转型期会更频发,各项制度的完善是减少纠纷的手段之一,医德的建设仍需完善,而民众的医学素养提高也将是永恒的话题。
The article discusses the main causes of medical disputes lies in the social transformation and system loss, changes in modes of diagnosis and treatment, the doctor＇s medical technology and medical ethics, patient＇s medical literacy and medical views ,and media interventions in the period of Republic of China. For reducing the incidence of doctor-patlent dispute ,they take attention to ethics,building and perfecting the legal system of measures. Those given for current medical dispute prompted that disputes between doctors and patients is widespread,and it will be more frequent in the period of social transformation. The perfection of the system is one of the means to reduce disputes, the construction of medical also will be an eternal topic. morals still needs to improve, and popular medical literacy
