摘要
青岛市地铁2号线一期工程辽阳东路车辆基地为巨型柱框支剪力墙超限高层建筑,外包尺寸南北方向约为795m,东西方向约为317m,设有两道伸缩缝,形成具有A,B,C三区上托21个住宅塔楼的复杂转换结构,存在4项不规则。根据本项目结构体系特点,通过采取合理的抗震性能化设计目标和方法、加强关键构件的设计等措施,保证了结构设计的可靠性;采取设卡棱贝格道床垫、采用分仓法施工等可靠措施解决了盖下车辆振动噪声对盖上物业的影响及结构超长问题。
East Liaoyang Road vehicle base of the first phase project of Qingdao Metro Line 2 adopts mega-column frame supported shear wall out-of-code high-rise structure which has overall dimension size about 795m in the north-south direction and about 317m in east-west direction. There are two expansion joints to form a complex transformations structure to support upper 21 residential buildings in three districts of A, B and C. The project includes a total of four irregularities. According to the structural system features of the project, measures were adopted including the reasonable performance-based seismic design goals and methods and strengthening critical component design, to ensure the reliability of the structural design. This project adopts reliable measures as Calenberg road mattress and separate warehouse method construction to solve the problem of vehicle vibration noise effect on the over-track property development and the problem of super-long structure.
