摘要
某多层结构平面凹凸不规则,设计建造标准较低,现拟对其进行钢结构增层及改扩建,并实现功能转换。按照现行抗震规范及检测鉴定规范规定提高结构的抗震设防类别,并对房屋进行抗震鉴定,发现该房屋在承载力和抗震措施方面均存在较大不足。介绍了钢结构增层改扩建设计中既有建筑的承载能力加强和抗震构造措施加强的设计;分析了增层改扩建后结构的整体抗震性能;并提出改扩建施工中注意事项。
A multilayer structure has irregular plane of concave and convex, and design and construction standards are low. Now the steel structure adding layers and retrofitting and extension are to conduct to realize the function conversion. According to the current seismic code as well as detection and identification specification, the structure' s seismic fortification category was to improve, and the seismic identification was conducted on the building to find there are large deficiencies in bearing capacity and seismic structural measures of the building. The designs of bearing capacity reinforcement and seismic structural strengthening measures of the existing building were introduced in steel structure adding layers and retrofitting and extension. The overall seismic performance of the structure after adding layers retrofitting and extension was analyzed. Points for attention in the retrofitting and extension construction were put forward.
