嘉兴市企业创新发展情况研究——基于供给侧结构性改革“补短板”视角

Innovation Development Research on Jiaxing's Enterprises——From the Perspective of Supply-Side Structural Reform

嘉兴市近几年大力推动企业创业创新活动较为广泛,形式日趋多元,投入强度较高,产出效果明显,但仍存在创新人才匮乏、区域发展不平衡、创新主体间合作关系松散、小微企业创新度不足和政府创新相关政策不明晰等问题,促进嘉兴市企业的创新发展,必须补人才短板,构建实力强大的创新人才生态圈;补区域短板,创建特色化创新创业城;补合作短板,营造科研成果转化的良好环境;补小微企业短板,加大对其支持力度;补政策短板,优化创业创新管理政策。

In recent years great endeavors have been made in Jiaxing to propel entrepreneurial innovation,gaining good achievements,various innovation ways and huge investment,but such problems still exist as the shortage of talents,imbalance of regional development,loose cooperation among innovation subjects,weak innovation ability of micro and small-sized companies and obscurity of innovation policies.Therefore,measures should be made to attract more talents to build a specialized entrepreneurship and innovation city,create a good environment for the transformation of sci-tech achievements,support micro and small-sized enterprises,and optimize entrepreneurship and innovation policies.
