摘要
为提高空气质量和改善居住环境,运用博弈分析方法对政府监管、公众参与和企业治理雾霾行为进行研究。结果表明,政府监管、公众参与对企业治理雾霾行为有显著影响,提出了三个方面的措施:1)政府监管,奖惩分明;2)企业责任,环境绩效;3)政府公众,委托合作。
This paper uses game analysis to study haze treatment through government supervision,public participation and enterprises＇haze treatment decision making and concludes that governments should play their roles in supervision,enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities and the government and public should closely cooperate.
