民宿产业是我国近年崛起的阳光产业之一,是乡村旅游、农村经济和休闲经济的重要组成部分。杭州市是国内民宿产业发展的先行者之一,近年来民宿产业更呈蓬勃发展势头。推动杭州市民宿产业化健康发展,不仅需要明确民宿定义和标准、厘清民宿管理和发展理念,更需要作为管理者的政府在明确管理部门、证照审批、规范和差别化管理、税收优惠、促进民宿管理社会化、宏观规划和公共服务等方面努力作为。

Bed and Breakfast industry is an emerging industry in China,and a component of rural tourism,rural economy and entertainment economy.Hangzhou is a pioneer in this field in China and has witnessed its prosperous development in recent years.Such measures should be made to boost Hangzhou＇s Bed and Breakfast industry development as defining definitely Bed and Breakfast industry,putting forward relevant development concepts,and making efforts to improve administration examination and approval,conduct standardized,differentiated and socialized management,make favorable tax policies,and reinforce planning and public services.
