护理排班模式改革探讨

Innovation mode of arrangement of nursing shifts

目的 探讨高效、全程优质服务的护理排班模式。方法 在原有人力基础上 ,改变人力结构 ,实施全夜制 (9PM～ 9AM ) ,2 4h分 3个班次 ,并增设护理骨干值二线班。结果 与传统式比较 ,护士交班、书写次数明显减少 ,抢救病人成功率从 2 5 %提高到 67% ,病人满意度从 94.5 %提高到 10 0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 护理排班模式改革后 ,加强了中午、晚上的薄弱环节 ,为抢救赢得了时间 。

ObjectiveTo probe into high efficient and high quality modes of nursing shifts.MethodsMaking full use of present manpower , we changed the structure of personnel by realizing full night shift (9 PM^9 AM), three shifts at 24 h and mainstay nurses on duty at the second line.ResultsComparing the innovated mode with the conventional, we foundthat the time used for nursing reporting and paper work was significantly shortened; thesuccess rate at rescuing patients was increased from 25% to 67%; The satisfaction of patients with nursing service was increased from 94.5% to 100% ( P <0.05).ConclusionThe innovation mode of nursing shifts eliminates the weak points at noon and night shifts, saves more time for rescue and promote the professional work of nurses.
