摘要 研究江苏省电子商务市场、网络交易的发展现状及其对连锁零售业的影响特征,以江苏省跻身全国百强的连锁零售企业发展状况为切入点,探索江苏省连锁零售业向"互联网+"转型的战略趋势,并针对江苏省连锁零售业转型过程中信息技术建设的完善、消费者交易观念的改变以及零售商跨界跨领域的经营等战略趋势分析,提出实现"在线"是转型基础、重视一把手的战略顶层设计以及线上线下高度融合的战略对策建议。 This paper studies the development status of Jiangsu Province e-commerce market and network transactions, as well as its impact on retail chain. Starting from the development of the national top 100 chain retail enterprises in Jiangsu, this paper explores the strategic trend of the transformation of retail chain industry in Jiangsu to "Internet + ", analyzes the strategic trend of the perfection of the information technology construction during the transformation process of chain retail industry in Jiangsu, the change of consumers' trading ideas and the crossover and interdisciplinary operation of retailer, proposes the strategic countermeasures such as taking "online" as the transformation foundation for highly integrated, attaching great importance to a top-level design, the integration of online and offline and so on.
