摘要
近年来,随着我国经济建设加速,电网公司工程管理中出现的问题在增多,比如前期管理薄弱、物资管理不到位、工程进度与发生的财务成本差异大、工程信息沟通不畅、工程预决算不规范且滞后等。针对这些问题,电网公司应当加强缺陷整改组织保障,同时必须加强工程前期管理、物资管理、预决算管理等,这样才能规范管理,提高工程管理水平。
In recent years, with the acceleration of China's economic construction, more and more problems in the project management in the power grid corporations are exposed, such as the early weak management, materials management not in place, big differences between the project progress and the financial cost, poor communication of project information, non-standard and lagging project budget and final accounts and so on. Aiming at these problems, power grid company should strengthen organizational guarantee of the defects rectification, enforce early- stage management, material management and budget management of the project, so as to standardize the management and improve the level of project management.
