自老年服务与管理专业开设以来,合格的老年服务与管理人才的培养问题一直是教育界关注的焦点。通过对江苏省内29家养老机构的问卷调查,结合对政府相关部门工作人员、省内外部分居家养老服务中心及大型养老综合体项目负责人、本校老年服务与管理专业已就业毕业生等人员的深度访谈,了解市场对老年服务与管理专业人才的具体需求,以为本校老年服务与管理专业的更好发展提供事实依据。

The cultivation of qualified professionals for elderly service and management has become a focus of the education sector since the establishment of the major. Based on the survey of 29 pension agencies in Jiangsu province, combining with deep interviews of the relevant staff from the government, the leaders of the home care service centers as well as large pension agencies inside and outside of Jiangsu, and the graduates in Jiangsu Institute of Commerce, the thesis is trying to understand the specific reqiuremnets of the market to the professionals of elderly service and management, and provide a factual basis for the better development of this major in Jiangsu Institute of Commerce.
