摘要
美国常春藤联盟高校严惩的本科生学术不诚信主要包括与考试和作业相关的各类不端行为。学术诚信治理呈现出校级行政规诫模式、学生群体自律模式、院级教师群体监察模式和多元主体共治模式这四种模式。常春藤联盟高校注重增强学生对学术诚信原则的认识及对学术规范的掌握,强化教师引导、预防和处理不诚信行为的职责,坚持严肃和公正原则,注意保障学生权益。
In the Ivy League universities in the US,cheating on exams and written assignments among undergraduate students violate the academic integrity policies and are severely punished. Four approaches emerge regarding dealing with cheating compliant, namely the administrative disciplinary approach, the student self-discipline approach, the faculty monitoring approach and the collegiate governance approach. To cultivate an atmosphere of integrity, several measures have been adopted, including improving students' awareness of the principles of integrity and their mastery of proper citation skills, highlighting faculty's duties on providing guidance and preventing dishonesty,and adhering to principles of justice and severity to ensure suspected students' rights.
