摘要
针对中小型电机密封圈在应用中出现的液体泄漏和灰尘聚集等现象,对密封圈硫化模具结构从减小橡胶的用量以提高飞边的薄度;增设定位导向机构两方面进行了优化设计,避免了上下模具啃食现象。改进后的模具硫化腔内硫化更为充分,内部结构更均匀,制造出的密封圈技师优良,价格也更加低廉,值得推广。
In view of liquid leakage and dust accumulation appearances of sealing ring of medium-and small-sized motor, the optimum design is carried out in two aspects of decreasing the rubber amount of sealing ring curing mould to improve fin thickness and adding the positio- ning and guiding mechanism. They can avoid the grazing between top and bottom moulds. After improvement of mould, the curing in cavity is more sufficient, the inner structure is more uni- form, the manufactured spread sealing ring is more excellent and the price is cheaper.
