摘要
根据大惯量飞轮应力强度需满足要求,以确保反应堆的安全的要求。分别采用解析分析方法与有限元分析方法,对额定转速及设计转速工况下飞轮的一次应力进行计算分析,并对分析结果进行评定,结果表明飞轮的一次应力强度满足规范要求。两种方法的分析结果一致,论证了飞轮的一次应力分析结果是切实可行的。
Because stress intensity of large-inertia fly wheel should meet safety require- ment of reactor, the primary stresses of fly wheel at working conditions of rated speed and de- sign speed are calculated and analyzed by analytical method and finite-element method, and a- nalysis results are assessed. The results show that primary stress intensity of fly wheel has met requirements of specification. Analysis results of the two methods are in agreement, thus its reasonability and believability is proved.
