摘要
在对防爆电梯典型机械部件及其点燃源进行简要分析的基础上,着重对曳引机、限速器-安全钳、轿厢与门系统等机械部件存在的点燃源、产生原因和工况类别进行了辨识,并针对防爆电梯机械部件的防爆措施,制定了防爆性能检验项目、技术要求和检验方法。
Based on a brief analysis of typical mechanical components and their ignition sources of explosion-proof elevator, this paper emphatically identifies ignition source, causing reason and working condition of mechanical components such as traction machine, overspeed governor ＆ safety gear, elevator car and door system. In view of explosion-proof measures of mechanical components of explosion-proof elevator, the inspection items, technical require- ments and test methods of explosion-proof performance are established.
