阿克苏地区建设用地与城市化耦合协调研究

The Coupling Coordination between the Urbanization and the Construction Land in Aksu Area

随着城市化进程的加快、经济的发展以及人口的增长,建设用地的开发进入快速增长模式,城市化发展与建设用地集约利用的矛盾正不断加剧。该研究构建了阿克苏地区城市化与建设用地的评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度揭示城市化发展与建设用地集约利用的关系,为缩小城市化与建设用地的矛盾提供依据。结果表明:阿克苏地区城市化发展与建设用地的集约利用水平较低,二者处于颉颃阶段;阿克苏地区建设用地集约利用水平滞后于城市化发展,建设用地集约利用水平急需改善。

With the accelerated process of urbanization,population growth and economic development,the develop-ment of construction land showed fast-growing mode,and the conflicts between urbanization and intensive use ofland for construction intnsified. Building evaluation index system of urbanization and construction land in Aksu Pre-fecture,the paper studied the coupling revealed the relationship between urbanization and intensive use of land forconstruction. Results as follows：urbanization and intensive use of land for construction of Aksu prefecture level arerelatively low,both of them are in antagonistic stage. Aksu Prefecture ahead of intensive construction land use of ur-banization development level,construction land intensive use was in urgent need of improvement.
